Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IBA Accounts Assistant to join us at our offices located in either Grays, Essex OR Colchester. If you have a background providing IBA accounts support and enjoy a fast-paced environment this maybe the role for you.

We are looking for a bright, personable, self-motivated individual for this role. You will be working within the Accounts team and will have responsibility to deliver a highly supportive accounts service that includes reconciliation, payments, and refunds.

What you will be doing:

Reconciliation/allocation of all Client, Agent or Insurer remittances received.
Resolving any queries between system invoices and remittances.
Bank Account reconciliation in GBP & non GBP currencies
Processing claim payments & client refunds.What you need to bring with you:

IBA experience is essential in this role.
Experience working in an FCA regulated environment
bank reconciliations
Experience with MS Office packages to include Intermediate excel skills
