This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award winning business who offer services across investment, insurance, data analytics and technology allowing you to work with innovative technologies across their various expertise. This business is now looking to onboard a Principal Developer / Tech Lead or similar with at least 5 years of hands-on coding experience within a .Net environment to take on the next step in their career and to take on a Head of Engineering role.
This is a brilliant opportunity for you to get involved in a hands-on company with a great career path as a part of a driven, diverse and flexible team. The role would be hands on coding and architecture for some parts and strategic direction for others and so anyone from a background of senior development, technical leadership or similar would be a great starting point.
What can you expect to do?
Working alongside other developers and consultants to help drive forward their ambitious roadmap.
Working with clients to design and help implement innovative solutions to solve problems.
Maximise and push the systems to make use of the latest technologies.What would make you a good candidate?
5+ years experience in a Microsoft .Net environment ideally working with .Net Core
Azure or Azure DevOps experience
Mentoring and/or leadership experience
Passionate and innovative attitude
Willingness to learn
Experience with any Javascript frameworks and CICD They have a great benefits package and flexible working but are keen to get everyone together in the office a couple of days a week.
