Head of CRM

Up to £70k + benefits
One of IT Bods leading clients is currently recruiting for a Head of CRM. The successful candidate will be a commercially focused, highly numerate, database marketing professional with excellent data and insight skills.
You will be responsible for reporting on the performance and ROI of our database and working to extract actionable insights that will drive traffic and conversions across marketing channels, to profitable leads and sales.
This will involve setting the CRM strategy, managing our CRM system (FLG) to identify and execute cross-product and multi-channel campaigns to grow our profitable business.
The successful candidate will have a direct influence on and responsibility for the delivery of CRM plan to increase the company's database performance in terms of data quality, revenue, and profitability.
This is an exciting new opportunity to own the CRM infrastructure, build, manage and develop a CRM team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
CRM Platform
Define and agree the CRM platform strategy
Implement and measure sales lifecycles MI measuring acquisition, conversion, and retention
Develop our CRM platform (FLG), and implement an automation platform ensuring our infrastructure meets the existing and future needs
Ensure data quality and all required information at the optimum points throughout the customer lifecycle
Ensure internal teams are trained on CRM systemCRM Marketing
Responsible for the overall development and execution of Customer CRM strategy from prospects, re-engagement and nurturing to maximise lifetime value from every customer
Deliver a contact strategy that achieves high rates of customer engagement, and generates revenue, sales and loyalty.
Work closely with Contact Centre to continuously optimise our customer journeys based on data, insight and platform functionalities.
Develop all marketing automation – creating a data driven strategy and roadmap
Ensure internal teams are briefed and trained on CRM marketing campaigns in a timely and clear wayAnalysis & Reporting
Develop relevant MI reports and distribute business performance
Identify and generate qual and quant customer insight to establish new opportunities for user journeys, segmentation, and personalisation
Analyse and report on campaign effectiveness, including Leads, appointments, call volume and ROI
Adopt a robust test and learn approach, ensuring that all outcomes are captured and applied to future campaigns.
Skills
Proven B2C experience from any consumer sector, such as retail, fintech
Minimum of 7 years' CRM management experience
A highly data driven and analytical mindset
Experience and success in delivering marketing and sales growth through CRM programmes.
Extensive experience in working with marketing workflows/ automation CRM and ESP providers (SQL)
Experience in reviewing and integrating additional software applications into CRM systems
Intense understanding of personalisation in on/off platform communications and social media landscape
Experience with data analytics software (GA,It would be a bonus if you also had:
Financial services industry experience
Ideally educated to degree level in relevant subject
