Job Description
Our recruitment group are assisting a leading FMCG business to recruit for a Global Performance Management Manager. The successful applicant will need to be able to demonstrate a thorough background in business partnering, internal stakeholder management, financial planning / analysis and have the ability to liaise with senior level executives across the organisation. You will need to be able to influence both laterally and upwards to ensure key stakeholders comply with complex agendas and tight time frames. This position is very visible across the senior management team.
Key responsibilities will include leading company-wide planning processes and key performance moments such as Monthly Flash, Month Actuals, Forecast, Performance Review, Board and deck preparation.
You will also coordinate several ad hoc initiatives to steer the business throughout the year.

Basic salary up to £75,000 + £7,000 car allowance and an industry leading benefits package.
