Job Description
RG Consultancy are delighted to be working with a well established manufacturer based in the Oldham area who are looking for a qualified accountant for a Financial Planning & Analysis role. They have been through a period of growth that has seen them go from strength to strength and anticipate this to continue.
This role reports into the Group Finance Director and takes full responsibility for the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis across the group of companies.
Responsibilities include:
* Producing timely and accurate management reports
* Taking the lead on development of financial forecasting, budgeting, cashflow and modelling
* Business KPI reporting
* Support for strategic planning
* Drive integrity of financial information
* Provide cover for Group FD, adhoc duties and projects as requested
This is a true business partnering role to work alongside key personnel within the group to assist in standardisation of processes, procedures and add value across the business whilst assisting with strategic projects.
The ideal candidate for this role would be a qualified accountant with experience operating at management accountancy level and experience within manufacturing would be an advantage.
They offer a competitive salary, 25 days holiday plus bank and have a discretionary company bonus scheme
