Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for a Financial Controller (FP&A) to join a fast-growing business in Tamworth.
This role reports directly to the Group Head of Finance and the main objective of the role is to lead forecasting and budgeting activity across the group. You will be creating and improving accurate models that support the wider business.
Main Responsibilities:
– Maintain profit and cash flow forecast models for the group.
– Lead annual budgets
– Lead the creation and regular refresh of the 3 year strategic plan
– Support Head of Finance with regular analysis of key operational KPI's
– Develop reporting using the ERP system
– Liaise with operations and purchasing teams to maintain the accuracy of all BOM costings
– Manage quarterly update of standard costing
– Ensure that stock movement is correctly recorded in the balance sheet and P&L.
To be successful with this application you must have the following skills/qualifications:
– ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
– Strong technical accounting experience
– Experience in a FP&A role and excellent excel skills
– Worked within a manufacturing organisation is essential
