Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Financial Controller to join a fast paced and highly reputable business based in Ipswich.
You will be a qualified Accountant with strong technical and well-rounded experience, teamed with proven people management experience.
Duties include:
Manage and oversee the day to day running of the finance team
Maintaining and managing strong financial controls and implementing changes where appropriate
Delivering working capital improvements
Preparing cash flow forecasts
Manage the annual budgeting process
Responsible for the statutory accounts
Qualifications/Experience
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with proficient experience
Proven people management experience
Experience of change management
Strong attention to detail
Excellent IT skills
