Job Description
Financial Analyst – Bridging Finance

London

I am currently recruiting for a Financial Analyst for one of my rapidly growing Bridging Finance clients based in London.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

Cash flow modelling and Reporting: Build and maintain various cashflow models to manage monthly reporting for several existing funding lines
Cash flow scenario analysis to inform the future direction: Ad-hoc cashflow scenario analysis to allow comparison between potential future funding options and structures – to facilitate negotiations of term sheets with various funding providers
Investor Onboarding: Manage and control the Corporate Investor Relationships from on boarding to continuous partnerships including design and build of financial models with data analysis
Setting Up/working with SVP Structures: Produce cost analysis/forecasts for each investor and set up corporate SPV Structures
Financial/Investor Due Diligence: Manage and control the corporate investor relationships from on boarding to continuous partnerships
Investor covenant management: Ensure we do not break any financial covenants or concentration/portfolio limits with investors
Investor Reporting: Reporting to the investors in accordance with agreements and within time frame monthly/quarterly/yearly
Financial Data Sheets & Audits: Prepare timely monthly reporting and liaise with external accountants and auditors
Asset/Loan Allocation & Management: Create and manage a process for the allocation of loans throughout the underwriting process to ensure the appropriate loan is directed to the correct investor

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Working experience at least 3 years Financial Analysis experience preferably from Investment banking, Hedge fund, private equity fund background
Very Proactive in terms of delivering action and activity that intends to drive efficiencies and deliver increased performance for key stakeholders and shareholders
Strong financial modelling skills especially in regard to using excel, any evidence of 'taking processes digital' and the associated cost/performance benefits of that should be shared
Excellent attention to detail, both in terms of the numbers but also in terms of what they mean, commercially – able to develop a strategy from data/analytics
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – Much of the role will be reporting via email but on occasion, you may meet with and potentially influence investors current and prospective
Education/Qualification: Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or other relevant industry certifications, or MBA
