Financial Administrator
Permanent
Lye, Stourbridge.
Salary : £ 20k to £23k dependent on experience.
Hours of Work : Flexible between 8.00am and 5.00pm 37.5 hours per week.
Company Benefits : 25 days holiday plus statutory days , free parking, company pension.
Are you an experienced Financial Administrator who is looking for a new opportunity within the Lye area?
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Administrator to join a busy and growing organisation on a permanent basis.
You will assist and report into the Financial Manager and directors of the company, assist with the financial aspects responsible to the commercial manager and company directors.
The Role
– Experience of Xero Accounting or similar
– Processing timesheets
– Matching and processing Purchase invoices
– Raising Sales invoices
– Raising Purchase Orders
– Organising and making payment runs
– Expenses
– Monitoring and tracking suppliers accounts and invoices Statement Reconciliation
– Payroll administration
The Ideal candidate
* Will have Xero experience or similar
* Would be advantageous if you have worked in the construction industry or with sub contractors.
* Will have experience with CIS.
* Able to work in a very busy environment.
* Be able to work with people at all levels.
