Job Description
Financial Accountant

Wolverhampton

Permanent

Circa £40 – £45k per annum (depending on experience) Excellent holidays, Private Healthcare and Life Assurance.

Full time – Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week including Flexi Time

Prince Personnel are proud to be recruiting for a well-established prestigious manufacturing organisation based on the outskirts of Wolverhampton. They are recruiting for a Financial Accountant to join them on a permanent basis working in their shared service centre supporting a number of entities across the EMEA region including the UK , Germany, France, Switzerland, Italy and Belgium . This is a varied role which is ideal for a motivated individual to work as part of an experienced finance team.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, and supporting Finance Controllers for a number of entities across a number of countries and your responsibilities will include:

* Bank reconciliations

* Foreign Exchange revaluations

* Intercompany reconciliations

* Prepayment

* Accruals

* Interco Loans and interest

* GRIR reclass and reconciliations

* Payroll reconciliations

* VAT reconciliations

* Calculate provisions as necessary for in country and policy compliance

* Customer rebates and sales commissions

* Prepare and post journals

* Interaction with ‘in country ‘ controllers

Experience

The successful candidate will need to be at least part-qualified. To be considered for this role you will have knowledge of financial reporting and analysis, have strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to organise and manage multiple projects.
