We are recruiting for a highly competent Finance Manager on behalf of our client for an exciting role based in Shoreham-by-Sea.

Heading up the Financial Operations Team, you will be responsible for the efficient financial management of the business, playing a pivotal role in private equity and acquisitions.

 This role will suit a self-motivated financial expert with proven experience within a large, high growth business that can effectively manage a team to meet the needs of the business.

The main aspects of this role will be:

Manage and develop a month end timetable, ensuring essential deadlines are met
Ownership of month end reporting
Managing a team to ensure on-going development of process and team members
Responsible for quarterly reviews
Act as a key point of contact for the Senior Management teamPrevious management skills within the telecoms industry would be desirable.
