Job Description
Our client, a leading SaaS business is looking for an innovative and forward-thinking Finance Manager to help head up the finance function in a time of unprecedented growth. The successful candidate will work with the Head of Financial Projects to integrate new acquisitions into the group finance functions effectively and efficiently.
Key responsibilities of the Finance Manager
Work closely with the M&A team on Finance due diligence and other Finance related activities to support the acquisition of target companies
Work with acquired organisations' finance team to document and align to group's processes and procedures
Understand acquired organisations accounts to provide analysis and insight to the senior finance team
Implement the group's chart of accounts and reporting methodologies
Document accounting policies and align to the group's
Work closely with the Netsuite team to migrate the acquired entity's accounts onto the group's global accounting instance
Key essentials of the Finance Manager
Qualified accountant with at least 3 years PQE
Experience in Business Analysis or Project Implementation
Experience documenting and implementing accounting processes and policies
Strong planning skills, well organised and attention to detail
Demonstrable analytical skills along with the ability to create and present project plans and detailed reports
Experience in a global environment
Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
