Job Description
Overview of Business
This role is with an SME Developer who owing to continued success are looking to appoint a Finance Manager who will be solely responsible for all financial matters relating to the development arm of the business.
Job description
Lead the production monthly management accounts & reporting ensuring that the key ledger accounts are reconciled.
Work with the project teams to produce cost reporting and ensure come in on budget.
Business planning & forecasting – assisting with the preparation of the annual budget, forecasts and longer term business plans.
Cashflow management – preparing a weekly cashflow.
Support annual Financial Statements & Tax Computations.
Essential experience
Previous experience working for a construction business
