Job Description
Pure are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager on behalf of a technology company based on the outskirts of Bedford. 

Hybrid working will be offered with this role and is commutable from areas of Cambridge and Northampton. 

This is a newly created role due to business growth and will report into the CFO, the business currently has 30 staff members at their site in Bedford with steady growth plans in the coming 12 months. Working as a key member of the management team this is a great role that is still very much hands on running the day to day finance function. The main duties are as follows – 

– Maintenance of all accounting ledgers and month end reconciliations
– Production of the monthly management accounts
– Preparation of the 12 month rolling cashflow forecast
– Managing the year end audit process
– Assist with the preparation of the annual budgets
– Produce variance analysis reports

A finance qualification is not required for this role but you must have proven experience working in a busy finance function and have the ability to work autonomously. You must have a good eye for detail and have a positive approach to problem solving.
