Job Description
Are you looking for a new role in a nationwide charity? A highly-regarded, health focussed charity are looking for a Finance Analyst to join their team as soon as possible!
Who would you be working for?
Founded over 60 years ago, this charity raises money to fund life saving research to provide treatment & prevention for fatal diseases. Their funding comes from a variety of sources, including over 700 retail sites across the country.
What is the role?
Reporting directly to the Finance Operation Manager, your time will be split between their offices in London and home. Your main responsibilities will be:
Authorising invoices; ensuring that they are correctly validated
Acting as the main point of contact between retail sites and utility suppliers; resolving any issue & setting up new suppliers
Providing cost control analysis; ensuring as little overspend as possible
Assisting the Finance Operation Manager with month-end duties This role is offering a salary of up to £37k
What do you need to succeed in this role?
Experience of variance analysis reporting & cost control
Understanding of transactional responsibilities; accounts payable, receivable & bank reconciliations
Confident user of Excel & other systems; Sun Accounts, iPOS & Q+A would be beneficial
Experience working in a multi-site environment; working directly with utilities desirable
