Derbyshire | Finance Analyst | Flexible Working | Up to £260 a day inside IR35

Cherry Professional are excited to be partnering with an rail business based in Derbyshire, who are looking for a Finance Manager to join them on a 3-6 month temporary role.
Please keep in mind that this role is due to start soon, so you will need to be on a short notice or available immediately.
 
What you’ll do… 
 
You have a selection of two roles in this position:

A Financial Professional who can come into the company, analyse the performance of the contracts and make recommendations of actions and improvements. More than likely a fully qualified accountant with experience of similar roles who has good excel skills to do the analysis but also the extra experience to dig into issues and make the necessary recommendations.
This is more numbers driven, pure analyst who is proficient in handling large volume of data, mining data from different sources (ERP systems, Microsoft Excel documents etc). Someone with excellent IT / systems experience who can help us write and design reporting tools which will identify which elements of the contracts are making or losing money which can help guide the contract owners investigate route causes
