Job Description
Are you looking to further your career within an award winning company, in central Brighton? We are looking for Equity Release Advisors to work with a well-known financial services company.

Salary: £35,000 + excellent company benefits
Remote working

Minimum of 12 months' experience in a mortgage adviser role
Must hold Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) or equivalent.
Must hold Certificate in Regulated Equity Release (CeRER) or equivalent or be willing to obtain within 3 months of appointment.
Evidenced of sustained sales success and compliant practice
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to prioritise, multi task and manage time efficiently
Experience of broader mortgage advice is preferable
Able to work on own initiative, as well as within a team
Excellent customer service skills, to build rapport with clientsWhat will benefit you?
