Job Description
The Advocate Group is working in partnership with a globally recognised FMCG brand and one of the market leaders in the Beverage industry.

This is a highly ambitious and exciting brand that has experienced extraordinary growth over the last decade and still on an exciting growth journey across UK and EMEA.

We are currently leading the search for a driven and experienced Payroll Specialist to join a fast-paced, dynamic, and growing EMEA Payroll function.

The role:

Support the Payroll Manager in processing payrolls for Europe, Middle East and Africa
Responsible for collating, validating, and organizing the EMEA payroll data before submitting to payroll bureaus
Responsible for preparing relevant country payment files per payment process (including salaries, benefits and any tax payments
Process the pension and the medical for various countries according to the Country requirement and liaising with the Comps and Bens Analyst & Finance as required
Approving the Payrolls by communicating with the payroll Bureaus and third-party Vendors
Responsible for ensuring that SAP master data is updated per employee details and upload payments are tested before actual pay date
Responsible for creating new templates for payments such as new starters, new medical joiners and new Pension joiners
Liaising with HR Comps & Benefits and Finance teams with any queries
Updating the year-to-date payroll reconciliation report on monthly basis
Responding to Employee payroll queries
Your profile:

Minimum 3 years hands on payroll experience
EMEA Payroll experience essential
Proficient in the use of Excel
Communicating and working comfortably within payroll, HR team and finance teams, Senior level Management, Third Party providers and the Payroll Bureaus.
Strong time management skills – to meet the Payroll deadlines and interests of the Business showing flexibility.
Self -Starter and able to progress with tasks given from start to finish.
Highly driven and focused on getting the job done correctly the 1st Time whilst using sound judgement.
Highly proactive, organized and able to manage frequently completing priorities.
Ability to work under pressure and cover for colleagues and still get own work done.
