The Company

Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for a Digital Support Manager for our client based in Edinburgh.

The Role

This is role is full time, permanent position, offering hybrid working; working in the office around 1 day every two weeks.

Within this role you will is responsible for the management of the organisation's digital projects, assets and platforms. You will also project manage key aspects of the digital strategy, including Salesforce implementation, as well as working with the wider team to assist with website redesign.

As well as this you will:

Oversee and manage the Digital Support and Admin assistants
Maintain asset register of digital assets
Liaise with external IT support, acting as the first point of contact
Act as a point of contact cross-departmentally for general digital and technological advice
Test newly developed areas of Salesforce, prepare user instructions and training for staff
Lead on future IT transformation/change projects including new integrations.
Effectively address any IT issues raised by staff

The Candidate

This role would suit someone who has experience with the digital or IT sector, and potentially someone who is looking to make a step up into this level of role. The charity will offer extensive support to guide and assist someone settling into this role.

As well as this you will possess:

Project management experience, and good knowledge of IT/digital systems
A good understanding of Apple and Microsoft products
Ability to problem solve within a digital environment
Experience in upgrading websites
An understanding of Agile project management
