Customer Services Team Leader (Insurance)
IMMEDIATE POSITION AVAILABLE
LOCATION: HARDINGSTONE, NORTHAMPTON
HOURS: 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK
Customer Services Team Leader
This is a newly created role as we continue to grow, and we want to put firm foundations in place for 2023. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, driven Customer Services Team Leader to join our expanding award-winning business. We are looking for someone who can lead by example and take pride in developing their team into the best they can be.

The role.
You will lead a team of up to 9 agents, ensuring they are meeting KPI’s and targets. You will have monthly 1-2-1’s and provide development opportunities and career progression options to your team. You will ensure all agents are provided with the necessary coaching to deliver the best service possible to our customers. We pride ourselves in giving our customers an award-winning customer service, and everyone is provided a personal service. Our Feefo Platinum Award speaks volumes.
About you
You will be enthusiastic with previous experience of working in a leadership and regulated role. It is likely that you will have led and developed a high performing customer services or renewals team. Improving your team’s capability and skills is what you do best. Not only will you have experience of leading a successful team, achieving your personal targets and goals but you will be passionate about ensuring every team member provides a first-class service, leaving each and every customer satisfied with the outstanding service they have received. And if you haven’t led a team, but done the job or renewals, we can provide you the development to lead your team.
Key Skills:
* Excellent understanding of Personal Lines Insurance such as car and home insurance.
* It will be a bonus if you have an understanding of insurance claims although this is not essential.
* Maintain a high performing team.
* Coaching & Development of your team in objection handling.
* Experience of being involved in HR procedures as and when required.
* Exceptional communication and strong organisation skills.
* Understanding and implementation of high compliance standards.
* The ability to multitask & support throughout the day-to-day operations.
The Package
* Salary £25,000 – £30,000 DOE.
* Objective Based Bonus but you should expect an OTE of between £27,500 to £33,000 per annum.
* 25 Days Holiday per Annum (Plus Bank Holidays) and your birthday off to!

* Our contracts are offered on a full-time permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week across the opening hours of our business: Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm and Saturday 9am – 1pm (Saturday’s you will be required to work 1 Saturday in 4).
