Job Description
Credit Controller – This dynamic Media Publishing Company in Central London has an excellent opportunity for a Credit Controller to join its busy team on a temp to perm basis. The Credit Controller responsibilities include:
Chasing outstanding debt from key customers by telephone
Managing the debtor position for all customers, ensuring that clients pay as required.
Processing disputed invoices, including raising credit notes and debit notes with appropriate reason codes and supporting documentation.
Working closely with the sales team to enable resolution of customer disputes.
Maintaining and updating customer information on the database The position will suit a Credit Controller, with strong experience of chasing debt, building customer relationships, and working to strict deadlines. Ideally, you will have proven track record of success in a Credit Control function. The role will start on a temp to perm basis.
