Job Description
An experienced Credit Controller is required to join our client’s growing team in their fast paced business.
You will be working as part of a small team and will be responsible for your share of the ledger, managing day to day enquiries and collection of outstanding B2B debt.
Specific duties will include:
* Timely and effective collection of all debts – business to business.
* Allocating customer payments.
* Checking customer’s credit ratings with banks.
* Negotiating re-payment plans.
* Resolving credit control queries.
* Posting and allocating daily receipts.
* Maintaining and building strong client relationships.
* Financial reporting on Excel.
You must have a good understanding of credit control processes, have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be IT literate.
