Whilst experience in a credit role may be an advantage, the right attitude is the most important quality. We are keen to hear from you whatever stage you are at in your credit career.

Salary: Up to £24,000 dependant on experience

Location: Radius office, Waters Edge, Clarendon Dock, Belfast, BT1 3BH

Hours: Monday – Friday 08:30am – 17:00pm

What would your day to day look like?

* Daily contact with customers via Telephone, SMS, E-mail, Payment links or Letter, in line with credit policy

* Keep accurate and complete records of all customer contact within Cruise / Sugar

* Escalation of accounts and issues as required

* Actively engage in relevant and appropriate opportunities for cross-department working to build relationships & share knowledge

* Manage customers’ expectations to minimise escalated calls

* Use exposure to different areas of Credit and businesses / products to share good ideas and approaches across the team and improve the processes and systems as a result

* Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with colleague in other departments to drive customer service and cash collection.

* Communication – the ability to develop rapport with customers and colleagues over the phone.

* Attention to Detail – a head for numbers and ability to spot and solve problems whilst dealing with a high volume of transactional data.

* Drive to Succeed – driven to achieve targets, tenacious and persistent in your approach.

* Able to prioritise and adapt to meet deadlines

* Experience in a customer facing role is desirable, not essential
