Job Description
Claims and Complaints Controller
Up to £40,000 dependant on experience
12-month fixed term contract
East Grinstead – hybrid working available

Can you commit to a 12-month maternity contract?
This could be the opportunity for you!
Working as part of a well established and highly reputable organised based in East Grinstead, this role will be responsible for effectively managing the claims handling function and all complaints relating to financial service products.
Key duties will include:
Developing and actioning plans to limit/mitigate claims cost and complaints
Making operational efficiencies to reduce cost and improve the member experience
Ensuring all complaints and feedback are reported and managed
Producing and presenting regular reports that track performance and make recommendations for changes to products, underwriting, processes and procedures as a result of insight from claims and complaints You will have demonstrable experience of the claims function and analysis of performance MI across claims suppliers, the ability to identify trends in claims, strong communication skills, as well as a motivated and enthusiastic approach to work.
