Job Description
Claims Advisor
Location: Warrington (W3)
Salary: Up to £25,000
Hours Mon-Fri (40 hours)
The Recruitment Co are hiring a claims advisor for our client who is based in Warrington. This will consist of thorough investigations into claims and ensuring all documentation is present and valid before payments are authorised.
Responsibilities of a Claims Advisor:
Accepting or Declining new claims for the clients products whilst abiding by complaining guidelines
Carry out basic due-diligence checks such as using credit safe, VAT Checks which will enable the company to create a risk profile
Build relationship with 3rd parties and ensuring high levels of customer service
Running company reports and ensuring you're fully aware of all company targets
Requirements of a Claims Advisor:
Experience within Insurance preferred
Basic knowledge of invoice purchasing
Good IT Skills
Excellent Customer Service skills
