Job Description
An exciting generalist Indirect 15month FTC category Manager position to join a financial services business. You will responsible for a range of Indirect categories including IT/Professional services and HR.

The Category Manager will be responsible for-

Responsible for numerous indirect categories including IT/professional services and HR.
Sourcing and evaluating suppliers through to overseeing selection process
Driving costs down to meet business objectives and targets
Leading negotiations to present new opportunities
Commercially aware of the market to help identify new opportunitiesProfile

The FTC category Manager would have experience within-

Experience within Indirect procurement and category management experience
Confident in leading negotiations and ability to have collaborative conversations
Track record of driving down costs and producing savings improvements
Stakeholder engagement and able to influence Job Offer

£55,000-£60,000
15 Month FTC
Hybrid working (Birmingham based office)
Annual performance-based bonus
25 days holiday plus bank holidays (rising to 28 days)
