Key responsibilities include

In this important role you will be tasked to process bank deposits and applications for all new connections to the water & waste network. Working as a Capital Income Advisor you will play a key role in ensuring the processing of all Developer Services transactions are processed into the systems accurately and in a timely fashion.

Capabilities:

You will have direct customer interaction resolving queries, obtaining prompt payments, and keeping the process moving smoothly.
Stakeholder management of both internal and external customers.
Responding and resolving of customer and inter department queries which come into the team.
You will be the main link between the main finance function and the dedicated Developer Services business where most of your queries will come.
Ability to build great relationships.  
The ability to work to tight deadlines with a high standard of accuracy as well as the ability to deal with contacting customers.
Experience and Qualifications:

Working with stakeholders.
Previous work within a finance/banking role.
Customer Service.
Care and Organisation.
 
Additional Information:

We are offering a 6 month contract starting ASAP with an excellent pay rate of £10.29per hour!
