As a Business and Service Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role within the Chief Resilience & Control Office, reporting to the Business and Service Delivery Senior Manager within CRCO Business and Service Management. Supporting the development and delivery of the Service Management capability across CRCO and working alongside HR supporting the delivery of key Resourcing, Culture and Talent programmes across the organisation to engender and embed a strong Resilience Culture across the Bank.

Identifying and engaging senior stakeholder groups, defining, and tracking the key activities across the function and defining what successful delivery looks like to our internal clients.
Building and driving the Service Management Framework including the definition and outline of KPI's to track and monitor the Maturity, Growth and Performance of our key strategic services over time
Developing and maintaining of the CRCO Service Catalogue, working alongside key Stakeholders and SMEs to identify, define and understanding the key metrics across the function.
Partnering with senior leaders, key stakeholders, and HR colleague to shape, develop and deliver the People Strategy for CRCO in line with the needs and priorities across COO.
Driving key colleague initiatives across CRCO, including workforce, planning, restructuring, resourcing, talent management, pay and reward, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management
What you'll bring.
Experience of Business Management, clear focus on strategy, Innovative thinker, change enabler, driving value add enhancements to the Chief Resilience and Controls Office Operating Model
Experience of building a Service Catalogue and defining key metrics to track performance against maturity targets, experience of working on projects with a Target Operating Model (TOM) redesign
It would also be nice for you to have.
Broad experience of change management and implementation of change initiatives.
Broad experience of stakeholder engagement and communication for multiple user groups.
Demonstrates awareness and understanding of Santander's business strategy and model and translates vision into priorities and direction
Broad and comprehensive understanding of the concepts and principles within service and delivery management.

This is a permanent position and offer Fully Flexible Location Contract. We offer flexible working between home and one of our Head Office Locations.
