Assistant Accountant
Hybrid – Central Bristol
£27,000 – £31,000 + market leading benefits
Quinton Davies is pleased to be recruiting for an interesting company based in central Bristol, while they look for an assistant accountant to support their exponential growth throughout their market
Key Responsibilities
Proficient in month end procedures
Competent with balance sheet reconciliations.
Resolving reconciliation issues and discrepancies.
Ability to prioritise workload among tight deadlines
Able to work effectively as part of a wider team and take on ad hoc responsibility to support
Liaise with external stakeholders on a frequent basis
Good communication skills and easily build rapport internally
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement internally, inciting change in the department
Ad hoc tasks and supporting the Financial Accounts teamDesired skills & Experience
Qualified to AAT Level 4
Experience in balance sheet reconciliations.
Good working knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
Demonstrated experience working within a Finance role (2+ years)
Working towards a level 7 accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent experience
Demonstrated experience in Financial Accounts
Experience with Various finance systems, namely SAPThanks for considering an application.
