Job Description
RG Consultancy are working with a company in Skelmersdale who are looking for someone to join their team to assist the Finance Director and take full responsibility for the accounts for their hotels.
This role would require someone who is confident in all aspects of the accounts duties with this role incorporating:
* oversee the accounts payable function – purchase invoice processing, supplier statement reconciliations
* oversee accounts receivable function – credit control, ledger reconciliations
* bank reconciliations
* produce a set of month-end accounts – accruals, prepayments
* liaising with the hotel managers
There would be occasional travel to the hotels with all expenses paid for and you will report into the Finance Director and present the accounts.
With one of the sites being a fairly recent acquisition this is a great opportunity to play a key part in the development and implementation of a clear growth plan.
The working hours can be totally flexible, and they would even consider reduced hours. This company can offer home working also.
