Accounts Director

Location: Swansea    

Position: Full Time / Permanent

Our client

Autograph are continuing their long-standing relationship with award winning firm of Chartered Accountants based in Swansea. With proven success and growth, they require an Accounts Director to join the Accounts and Business Services team. Offering competitive benefits than what is available on the current market. Responsibilities

Work with various clients, notably dealing with the more complex clients

Mentor and guide members junior members of staff to managers

Use of knowledge and judgment to highlight any potential high level risk area or matters of concern to relevant members of staff

Management over own portfolio of clients and staff, conducting key business development tasks and developing the team

Candidate requirements

Essential:

Several years’ experience within accountancy practice

CIMA / ACA or ACCA qualified or recently qualified

Desire to move into Partner/Director role
