Job Description
Our client based in Newburn is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their busy team.
The successful candidate will be willing to work towards an AAT qualification and in return will benefit from the following:

You will have a strong background as an Accounts Assistant and will have experience executing the following tasks:
AR Invoicing and Credit Control Management
Customer & Supplier Maintenance
Ensuring Timely processing of Credit Cards, Expenses and Petty Cash
Prepare monthly balance sheet information for review
Record supplier invoices for payment, logging invoice queries and follow up to resolution.
Create Supplier payment runs for approval
Providing ad hoc support to the finance team on other General Ledger items
Support data gathering for internal and external audits
Identify and support project opportunities
