Job Description
Title: Accounts Assistant

Salary: £12 per hour

OVERVIEW:
A highly successful client of Edwards & Pearce is seeking someone to join their accounts team and assist with an ever-increasing workload. You must have experience with purchase & sales ledger, credit control and all related administration. This full time position has a highly competitive salary, excellent working environment and immediate start.

THE ROLE
Full time hours, permanent (or temporary if preferred), office based
Working alongside the established accounts team assisting with purchase & sales ledger, credit control and potentially other duties within accounts
Assisting with finance related administration
Identify, investigate and resolve all account queries
Excellent working environment with a friendly supportive team

THE CANDIDATE
Must have the ability to process purchase & sales ledger, credit control and be willing to take on additional duties if required
Previous experience working as an Accounts Clerk / Assistant
Able to remain calm, focused and accurate whilst striving towards deadlines
Strong communicator, able to prioritise workload
Confident and competent with Microsoft Word and Excel
