Job Description
Accounts Assistant – £21,000 – £25,000 per annum – Central Bristol

We are excited to be partnering with a dynamic Accountancy company who are looking for a talented Accounts Assistant to work within a large finance team. This company will also put you through your ACCA qualification to ensure you have the ability to perform this role to an excellent standard.

The Accounts Assistant will be looking after a portfolio of clients who trade through their own managed companies and the position will be based out of the Central Bristol office during training with a mixture of home and office work moving forward.

Accounts Assistant responsibilities:

Incorporating a company and carrying out shareholder and Director appointments
Registering the company for VAT, Payroll and other statutory requirements
Advising clients on how to use their company software
Checking the bookkeeping and VAT returns
Using software to prepare client's accounts, personal and corporate tax returns
Advising clients on their accounts with items such as Buy-To-Let, Cryptocurrencies and Foreign Income accountingThe successful candidate will be either AAT part qualified, have some experience with bookkeeping or be a Finance and Accountancy graduate.

Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal are a must as is a high level of organisation and accuracy.
