Robert Walters is representing an exciting business within Deeside/Chester area. You will have the opportunity to work within a fantastic finance team as an Accounts Administrator (Accounts Payable & Receivable Administrator. This role will expose you to all areas within the business dealing with key stakeholders and performing analysis, billing and collecting coupled with technical challenges this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
Pro-actively supporting the AR and AP functions.
Assisting with the debtor's ledger and credit control.
Ensuring sales data and relevant purchase order numbers are sourced.
Chasing internal stakeholders for supplier invoice approvals.
Support the credit card and expense claim processes.
Assist in the management of the purchase ledger, credit control and remit inbox.Desirable Qualities
IT Literate – Excel, Word, Outlook
Numerate
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
