Account Broker (Commercial Insurance / Business Development)

Cornwall / Devon (Remote / Hybrid)

£45,000 – £50,000 + training + professional development support + progression + flexitime + hybrid + benefits & welfare package + generous holidays

Are you an account broker, with commercial insurance experience, looking to step into a highly flexible role, within a collaborative and dynamic environment, with a market leading company who provide excellent training, and the potential for fast track progression into a range of management positions, due to accelerated growth and recent aquisitions?

You will be working for a market leading company who are currently developing an international presence, through their specialist, sector specific and client centric approach.

You will have a growth mindset, with the ability to develop your own pipeline and network of clients, through strategic and consultative relationship building.

The role:

Attend client meetings to identify their needs & present recommendations of cover, maximizing opportunities & referrals
Attend trade shows to promote the company's extensive range o0f cover, maximizing opportunities and referrals, collaborating with divisions across the wider group
Provide excellent customer service and care to all clients
Identify clients needs and present relevant recommendations of cover
Work with a variety of clients across the SouthwestThe person:
