Job Description

We are looking for a Trainee Payments Advisor to support our Customer Payments team. This role will consist of

* Working on a dialer, contacting our existing customers as part of a wider team,

* Working with reports to update customer information,

* Factfinding about the customers financial situation before passing along to a Customer Payments Advisor who will complete the call.

Experience within the financial services industry is preferable, though not necessary; just a positive attitude and the desire to succeed! Extensive training is provided for this position with a view to quick progression within the company.
