Job Description
Fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company in Coventry as a Settlements & Reconciliations Analyst! Ideally you will have some experience with transferable skills or are a recent graduate within Finance or Business.

Within this role you will ensure all FX transactions are confirmed, settled and reconciled daily. That all bank accounts, transactions and systems are reconciled daily ensuring you are compliant. Tasks will be split by 3 main work streams – FX settlements, Cash Settlements and Reconciliations. The role provides the opportunity to learn about all areas of payment operations within a global fintech payment business.

Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am-8pm 40 hours per week (Rotating shift pattern)
3rd October start date
£22,000 – £24,000 DOE

Main Duties But Not Limited To;
– Reconciled daily and discrepancies reported and investigated immediately until completion
– Responsible for management of SSI's, ensuring securities checks are completed for all amendments
– Liaise with front office teams and IT until all confirmations are successfully matched and accounted for in the systems correctly. Escalate to relevant senior managers to limit companies market rate risk
– Maintain fully documented standard operating procedures
– Manage to resolution and report non-compliance to line manager
– Support and facilitate audit requirements both internal and external.
– Debits, credits and balances on all bank accounts are accurately represented in the relevant system each day
– Unknown or missing entries are investigated until resolved
– Return unknown client credits within regulatory time frames
