Salary:                         up to £60k 

Summary:

Are you an Account Manager with over 3 years’ experience in the Energy Industry? We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join an energy and sustainability consultancy, looking after their European clients. In this role you will manage the relationship between stakeholders; Create and implement project plans; ensure service delivery is withing agreed terms; and track Service level Agreement scope, budget, and timelines. To be successful in this role you will need 3 years’ experience in the energy industry, 1 years’ experience of account management, experience managing European client accounts, and have flex procurement/purchasing experience. Key responsibilities:

Be the relationship conduit between European Operations, Risk Management, and the client 
Create and implement project plans in conjunction with Line management and client  
Ensure service delivery and reports are within the agreed scope of service level agreements 
Create onboarding plan and coordinate the onboarding process for new clients
Coordinate and attend client calls and create and distribute meeting notes
Communicate with internal departments and clients about renewals 
Support analysts and provide recommendations/market dynamics
Coordinate internal reviews to ensure client scope of service is being correctly delivered 
Ongoing tracking of SLA scope, budget, and timeline through MS Project 
Work with the Line management/CRM to ensure client satisfaction 

Skills and experience required: 

A minimum of 3 years working in Energy Industry – essential
A minimum of 1 year experience in Account Management – essential
In depth understanding of flexible purchasing/risk management strategies  -highly desirable 
International energy procurement experience – desirable
Experience managing European client accounts – highly desirable
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Project – essential
Excellent communication and confident presentation skills – essential
Fluent in at least one other language other than English would be useful – desirable
