Senior Accountant, Qualified Accountant, Accounts, AAT, ACCA, ACA, CIMA, Permanent, National/Home-Based, Hertfordshire
Senior Accountant
A talented and ambitious Senior Accountant is required by an online accountancy practice who provide traditional accountancy services in a modern way throughout the whole of the UK.
Their business is based in Hertfordshire, but applications for a Home-Based Senior Accountant from all over the UK are welcome.
Responsibilities:
* Work with Sole Traders, Partnerships, LLPs, Limited Companies, and Individuals.
* Advise clients on all areas of Taxation and Accounting
* Prepare & submit the following: Statutory Accounts and Corporation Tax Returns, VAT Returns, Personal Tax Returns, Management Accounts etc.
* Respond to Client Queries in an effective and timely manner.
* Work as part of a team.
* Enhance business processes and documentation.
Required Experience:
Qualified Accountant AAT, ACCA, ACA, CIMA (part qualified and qualified by experience may be considered) with at least 3 years of experience in practice.
Additional requirements:
* Highly organised and good at managing their own workload with excellent attention to detail.
* Reliable and a good decision maker.
* Productive with a common-sense approach to his/her work.
* A friendly telephone manner and excellent written & verbal communication skills
* Competent with Online Accounting Software (Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent).
* Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
Remuneration:
* Salary Range: £30k-£40k depending on experience
* Bonus: Fixed Bonus & Uncapped Productivity Bonus
* 1 Additional Day Holiday for every year worked
* Quarterly Social Events
