Job Description
We would be interested in speaking with practice trained accountants with experience producing statutory accounts for a role with our client in Buxton.
You will join a well-established firm of Chartered Accountants with several offices across the North of England
Our client offers a range of accountancy and taxation services, as well as bespoke financial planning and corporate finance services to its clients. Whilst this role will focus on the production of statutory accounts for the firms' clients, they are able to offer progression into other areas of the business.
You would work with clients from a variety of industries with a range of turnovers.
Main duties of the role:
Preparation of company financial statements
Preparation of quarterly VAT returns
Preparation of interim management accounts
Preparation of personal tax returns
Preparation of partnership accounts and returns
Preparation of trust accounts and tax returns
Able to manage own portfolio of clients
Train junior members of staff and allocate duties
Attend client meetings and interact with directors and business owner
Forecasts and business projections – not essentialSalary: £30,000 – £35,000
