They are now looking for a dynamic leader with experience of driving sales performance of a desk-based team. You will lead by example helping a small team of sales executives to manage and maximise their pipeline. Reporting in to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for the performance of the team and ongoing training.
Your responsibilities day to day will be…
Regular meetings with the Sales Executives to discuss sales strategies and techniques
Managing the career path for the telesales team and monitoring the performance of the sales team
Setting weekly and monthly sales targets
Maintaining client relationship and handling escalated client complaints
Compiling and presenting sales reports
What do we expect of you?
Previous experience in the management of desk based sales staff is essential.
Experience of working in an insurance environment, either broking or for an insurer
Strong management and leadership ability
CII qualifications would be an advantage

Working hours: Monday to Friday 0:900 – 17:15 (38.75 hours).
Salary Up to £45K OTE
