Job Description
Are you looking for your next Accounting Sales Ledger Position ?
Do you have experience with Sales Ledger?
Do you have a keen eye for detail and are able to work in an organised manner?
Our client, a unique professional services organisation, are looking to expand their Sales and Purchasing team and are currently looking for an experienced Sales ledger Assistant
Your duties will include:
* Ensuring sales invoices are raised promptly and accurately.
* Understanding the unique position of the companies VAT register
* Dispatching invoices via customers’ preferred method
* Reviewing unpaid invoices:
* Ensuring cash received is promptly and accurately recorded in the sales ledger
* Generating customer statements and reminder letters.
* Preparing regular aged debtors report for MI purposes
Hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. After an office-based training period there will be the opportunity to spend part of your time working from home.
