Deutsche Bank offer their clients commercial and investment banking, retail banking and transaction banking as well as ground-breaking asset and wealth management products and services.

On behalf of Deutsche Bank, AMS are now looking for a Risk Specialist BA to work in their Non-Financial Risk Transformation team based in London on a PAYE basis.

Overview:

You will join the One Bank Non-Financial Risk Key Deliverable (OB NFR KD) which is driven out of the Non-Financial Risk Transformation Team, contributing to number of key KD workstreams (primarily the Controls and Process Management Workstream).

The NFR Transformation team oversees the key cross-divisional and cross-functional change initiatives impacting the NFR management value chain across the Bank. The team sits within the Non-Financial Risk Management (NFRM) function aiming to bring non-financial risk management into the twenty first century, moving away from analogue processes. Success for us is building an ecosystem that links regulations, policies, minimum control standards, business processes/controls, control metrics and risk appetite, supported by a strategic process/data architecture that allows risk profiling to be automated with the right digital tools.

You will play a critical role solving some of the Bank's long-standing NFR management issues.

Key responsibilities:

Analyse and document current and future state NFR operating model (processes, data, people, systems) across NFR value chain
Collaborate with NFRM Framework Team to further integrate framework elements within the NFR value chain, including controls and Risk Type Taxonomy
Support/lead working group sessions with divisional control officers and risk type controllers to agree and implement future state NFR framework design, processes/systems support
Generate requirements based on target state systems requirements, also consolidating business requirements from other functions
Drive proof of concept activities to test Business outcomes and feasibility of interim and strategic solutions

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience working as a BA in risk management (NFRM a plus) within a Financial institution
Broad knowledge of Financial Services regulations, the policy setting process, and how these link to business processes and controls
Prior consulting/ business analysis experience working as part of complex change programmes
Knowledge of NFRM frameworks/processes and experience working with business controls (definition, testing, implementation) would be beneficial
Experience working within Agile programmes and Project/Programme management experience would be beneficialAbout the client
