Job Description
James Kay Associates are working in partnership with a growing business who are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant on a full-time permanent basis.

Hybrid working model
Monday to Friday working hours
The successful candidate must have previous purchase ledger / accounts payable experience, be a proficient user in Excel and have experience of using Sage.
You will be responsible for
Matching POs and invoices and processing of supplier invoices
reconciliating supplier statements
Managing purchase ledger inbox
Posting manual invoices to Sage
Handling queries – via email and on the phone
Supporting the Purchase Ledger Supervisor with the weekly payment run
