My client is a rapidly growing FinTech that has hubs set up across the world working alongside SME’s to FTSE100 global businesses. Our product is an embedded software for the world’s largest e-commerce platform. We believe that financial services wont delivered by the banks in the future but by customer oriented embedded tech companies and we are leading from the front.

The role

To meet the growing demand for our technology and services, we are currently growing our Product Team We are looking for a product manager with a strong bias to action who is excited about leveraging technology and design to deliver meaningful business outcomes for our partners and their merchants.

As a Product Manager at the company, you will take ownership of a product area and work hand-in-hand with engineering and design as well as working with stakeholders across the organisation

Working directly with our existing Product Managers in an unhierarchical ‘no red tape’ culture. You will play a driving role in developing the product organisation at the company contributing to the product strategy and defining longer-term product bets.

You have:

* A creative and empathetic approach to collaborating cross-functionally and solving customer problems.

* Hands on experience shipping products to improve real customer outcomes.

* Proven experience working closely with engineering teams and using agile methodologies.

* Strong technical understanding, for example through a degree, side projects, or professional software engineering experience.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills can articulate a clear and compelling vision and get people across the organisation to buy into that vision and approach.
