A very well-established family business that has been providing first class services for over 20 years to very reputable companies in Kent, Sussex and London.
Position Expectations
To support the Service Manager and Directors of the business with a variation of Customer Service, Accounts and Administrator duties, assisting in the company meeting their expansion plans and ensuring the highest level of service is always maintained and customer expectations are exceeded.
This is a part time position, ideally working 3 full days a week, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday but there could be flexibility on these days and hours for the right candidates.
The position offers a very competitive salary and hours could increase in time.
Key Duties
* Processing all payment transactions onto the in-house accounts system
* Going through all daily service reports, taking action where required and ensuring the Service Manager is fully updated with issues and how these have been rectified.
* Action any requests customers may have and liaise with internal colleagues to make sure these requests take place
* Undertake general administration duties relating to the service provided
* Undertake reception duties and be the first to answer the phone
* Ensure all monthly and adhoc invoices are sent and the system is always up to date with any contact changes. Adjusting invoices where required.
* Chasing payment of invoices and escalate issues where necessary
* Assist in general marketing activities
* Support the Service Manager and the Directors with documentation and administration related to the Health & Safety requirements
* Bring ideas and process improvements to the company – these will be listened to
* Be very willing to get involved at all levels, from making tea and coffee to potentially taking minutes at board meetings
* There are additional accounts duties that will be given in time, therefore this position will definitely grow and progress
