Job Description
As a Performance Analyst you will assist in developing, implementing and maintaining margin and oversight strategies to meet agreed company objectives.
Full training will be provided in the job role, to ensure your success. More importantly, my client is seeking a candidate with the core skills to succeed in the post.

Day to day you will be using excel, internal software/applications, analysing performance and ROI on company projects, leading the optimisation project schedule as well as identitying issues which relate to poor performance, for example when my client increases/decreases a retail price and the impact that has on sales, profit and margin.
 
Desirables:

Degree related to business or mathematics desirable or relevant experience in an analytical role.
Experience using excel and formula such as vlookup, sumifs.
Experience in retail would be a bonus but not critical to the role.
Someone who can think for themselves and self-motivated.
Confident speaker.
Organised and can prioritise workload.Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Analysing and providing valuable insights on company project performance.
Analysing ROI and tracking performance against targets.
Identifying anomalies causing loss in profit.
Measuring how customers have reacted to retail changes (Price Elasticity) and the impact this has had on sales and profit.
Analysing web transactions and order profit, identifying areas of profit loss.
Analysing Purchase Order spend and FIFO.
Provide meaningful reports and insights, recommending appropriate actions.
Conduct investigations as directed by the Head of Department into identified areas of concern related to profit and margin.
Co-ordinate internal projects such as Store Optimisation
Assist others in the validation of Companywide project proposals & business cases which involve capital or other significant expenditure.Please apply online to be considered for an immediate interview
