Robert Walters is working with a fantastic business offering you the chance to work alongside there well-established & close-knit finance team a Payroll Specialist. As the Payroll Specialist you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the workday payroll for all UK employees within the business.
Responsibilities:
Administer full payroll life-cycle each month
First point of contact for employees on all payroll queries
Ensure payroll files received from our benefits provider is accurate and loaded into Workday correctly
Ensure monthly reporting of pension auto-enrolment
Contact for internal and external Auditors for any pay related audit activity (Starters/Movers/Leavers)
Working with the wider People Team to make sure payroll related changes are processed in a timely manner
Key Skills/Experience:
Understanding of payroll systems- Including Workday and/or SAP
Experience or understanding of working in a FTSE business to support the processing of share schemes
Experience with share plans (LTIP/SAYE/SIPS)
Experience running and reconciling payroll report
Excellent attention to detail and highly numerate
Great communication skills, both written and verbal
Good excel skills i.e. formulas, pivot tables etc
