Payroll Administrator – Edinburgh – £23k

Are you who we’re looking for?

A recent university graduate with a relevant degree subject

Some early level experience working within a finance/administrative/payroll position

Exposure to a high-volume, fast paced environment

Good understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally

Strong communication skills

What does the day to day look like?

Responsible for processing employee payslips and pensions

Recording in-coming payments and processing credit card transactions

Creating and processing outward payments whilst maintaining accurate central logs

Communicating with various banks to resolve day to day issues

Maintaining payroll processing system records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
